My name is Fay Washburn Truman. My father is James Fredrick Washburn. My mother is Ella Stevens Chapman Washburn. James and Ella had 3 children together: my sister (Lois Washburn Holms), myself, and my brother (Quinn Evan Washburn). Lois and Quinn have already moved on to be with our parents.
My brother’s sons recently visited me and asked “Why have we grown up not knowing the Washburns?’ Actually, Lois, Quinn and I grew up not knowing the Washburns. So, I thought I’d organize a reunion and introduce the Washburns to the Washburns.
It is being held in Orem on June 13th looks like it will be too big for our back yard, so I’ve arranged for the church house right next door.
Please come and get acquainted and sign your name on the branch you belong to on the Washburn family tree.Please RSVP with the number in your family who can attend by June 7th, so we can count how many chickens to kill and assign salads and desserts etc. The Quinn Washburn family will grill the”Famous Quinn Washburn Chicken” for us!
